BEEE 2017 Application Form, Exam Dates, Syllabus


Bharath University Engineering Entrance Exam is a University Level Entrance Examination. BEEE 2017 is conducted by Bharat University. It is for admission into professional degree courses, like, B.Tech. and B.Arch. However in this article, focus will be laid on B.Tech. only. The B.Tech. program has 24 branches, starting from Aeronautical Engineering to Production Engineering. Other Engineering branches include that of Automobile, Biomedical, Bioprocess, Bioinformatics, Food Process, Genetic, Instrumentation and Control, Mechatronics, and Nano. The usual branches are available too, like Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Software, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

The admission into B.Tech. will be purely on the basis of the performance in the Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE 2017) conducted by Bharath University. The applicants who are shortlisted will be called for counselling which will be held at the Bharath University.

BEEE 2017 Application Form


There are 2 ways to apply for BEEE 2017 application form. One can apply online by clicking on http://admission.bharathuniv.ac.in/admissionWeb2/Login.jsp. S/he has to register herself/himself by entering the Register User Id and Password. If s/he is a new user, s/he needs to sign up first.

  • The applicant may also download the Application Form from the same link. The downloaded PDF Application Form has to be filled and couriered along with a Demand Draft worth INR 900/- addressed in favour of “BharathUniversity”, payable at Chennai either to University (or) to the Corporate Office.

BEEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicants must have passed their 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry from any recognized Board / University. For Bio-Engineering Departments, identical passing criteria are required, with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
  • For B.Tech. Lateral Entry, a pass in Diploma recognized by Central or State Government with 50% aggregate/ B.Sc. with Mathematics or its equivalent is absolutely necessary.

BEEE 2017 Exam Pattern


The BEEE 2017 paper will consist of 4 parts. Part 1 will be English, Part 2 will be Physics, Part 3 will be Chemistry and Part 4 will be Mathematics. Each question will be a multiple choice question, with 4 options.

Scholarships will be rewarded to suitable applicants. 100% of Tuition fees will be granted as scholarship for Top 50 Rank Holders in BEEE. 100% of Tuition fees will be granted as scholarship for State Toppers of all Boards, and students securing 95% above marks in the Board examination. 50% of Tuition fees granted as scholarship for 51-150 Rank Holders in BEEE. 25% of Tuition fees granted as scholarship for 151-250 Rank Holders in BEEE. 100% of Tuition fees granted as scholarship for students participated/won in National level Sports & Events. 50% of Tuition fees granted as scholarship for students participated/won in State level Sports & Events. 25% of Tuition fees granted as scholarship for students won in District level Sports & Events. The students who have applied for IIT/JEE and STATE ENTRANCE EXAMS will be granted Scholarship on Rank Basis.
